September 2022 Brilliant Bundle

A trio of classes to help strengthen your writing skills.

We understand how launching out into a goal, a dream, a serious endeavor like writing a novel is, well, daunting. You have the fire, the idea, the characters, but how do you keep going?

(And going...)

With summer coming to a close, it's time to create new goals for the month that fit your values. We can help you keep moving forward with honing your skills and achieving your writing goals. Our September 2022 Brilliant Bundle offers a trio of lessons to help with your writing journey.

Let's begin with...

Shocking Broca - and other NETWORKING tips!

Are you attending a writing conference? Want to learn how to stand out, network and make friends? Even extroverts have challenges figuring out how to make friends when faced with a crowd of strangers. Join Susie and Rachel (and perhaps a special guest) and learn how to break through your conversation barriers and network. Learn techniques, strategies and come away armed with encouragement on how to make the most out of every conversation.

Book Launch...before and after

This Peptalk gives you an inside look at how to prepare for a book launch and what do to afterword. Using her indie novel, Knox, the first in the Montana Marshalls series, Susie May shared tips and tricks that can help you prepare for your next book launch.
My Alabaster Box--Daring to Dream When it Seems Futile
During this class, Tari Faris, our projects manager and debut novelist with Revell, will share how you can hold onto those dreams even when they seem to be waiting too long to come true. She will encourage you to dream big and reinforce the value of letting go of what's good to keep doing what's best.

Susan May Warren
Susan May Warren
Hi. I'm Susan May Warren. I started writing while I lived in Siberia (yes, you heard that right--cold, snowy, Siberia). Alone. No one to help me, overwhelmed and not a little discouraged. Eighteen years later, I've published over 80 books in five different genres, have landed on numerous bestseller lists (including USA Today), won the RITA, CHRISTY and CAROL awards (and others) and started a school for novelists.

I've learned a few things along the way (beyond techniques on how to stay warm in the tundra!) Most importantly I learned that if I wanted to be published, I had to figure out how to write a book, how to edit it, how to step back from my stories, look at them with a critical eye, figure out what a good manuscript looks like, and then use my unique voice to make that happen.

I'd like to teach you how to write a good book. Edit it...and then, we'll talk about selling it.
